  • 2 pears
  • 3 oz chopped spinach (or a few frozen spinach cubes)
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger root

METHOD

  • Peel skin off kiwi fruit and chop
  • Put all the ingredients in your blender and mix until smooth
