INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 340g (12oz) berries – any berries will do, we often use frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 ripe banana

METHOD

  • Soak chia seeds in vanilla almond milk for about 15 minutes
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
