SUPERFOOD SUMMER SMOOTHIE

POUCH PORTIONS: 7-8 pouches
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 340g (12oz) berries – any berries will do, we often use frozen mixed berries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 ripe banana
METHOD
- Soak chia seeds in vanilla almond milk for about 15 minutes
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
