INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups milk (we love using unsweetened almond milk – but any milk works)
  • 6 plums
  • 2 peaches
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 teaspoons honey

METHOD

  • Remove seeds from the stone fruits
  • Combine all ingredients in blender
  • Blend until smooth
