Blueberries and coconut milk – what a delicious combo. Throw in some chia seeds and vanilla and you have a winning combo!
AGE 12+ months
- 1 ½ cups coconut milk
- 1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- Zest of 1 orange
- Soak chia seeds in coconut milk for about 15 minutes
- Blend your chia seeds with coconut milk together with blueberries
- Add orange zest and stir.
