Blueberries and coconut milk – what a delicious combo. Throw in some chai seeds and vanilla and you have a winning combo!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Zest of 1 orange

METHOD

  • Soak chia seeds in coconut milk for about 15 minutes
  • Blend your chia seeds with coconut milk together with blueberries
  • Add orange zest and stir.
