These are a fabulous healthy alternative to store-bought muesli bars, which are often packed with sugar and preservatives.

They make a great lunchbox filler for trips to the park, daycare or even school [or pint-size treat for mum :) ]

Our Silipods trays are oven safe up to 240 degrees!



2 cups rolled oats

1/4 cup pepitas

1/4 cup buckini’s (activated buckwheat)

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1/2 cup desiccated coconut

1 cup pitted dates, roughly chopped

3 tablespoons honey or rice malt syrup

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract



  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees C 

  • Grease your Silipod tray with spray oil or butter

  • Combine all ingredients, then fill your pods with the mixture

  • Press down firmly on contents with wet hands

  • Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown

  • Allow to cool completely before removing from your Silipod tray

  • Enjoy straight away or freeze for later!
